'Our Mission Is Only Executing' - The Way The Sudanese Vicious Fighting Force Carried out a Massacre

Combatants laugh as they travel on the bed of a utility vehicle, racing alongside a series of nine dead bodies and heading towards the setting Sudanese sun.

"See such work. Observe this genocide," a combatant cheers.

The fighter smiles as he directs the recording device on himself and his companion combatants, their Rapid Support Forces badges visible: "They are all going to be killed this way."

The combatants are celebrating a massacre that aid workers fear killed in excess of two thousand people in the Sudan's city of the Darfur city during October.

A Community Cut Off from the World

After maintaining the urban area under blockade for approximately 24 months, from the summer the paramilitary force proceeded to consolidate its position and restrict the leftover residents.

Satellite images reveal that fighters started to construct a massive berm - a built-up sand barrier - encircling the edges of the city, closing access routes and halting relief supplies.

While the blockade worsened, multiple individuals were slain in an militia strike on a place of worship on mid-September, while the international organization said 53 additional were murdered in aerial and cannon attacks on a refugee settlement in October.

Explicit Footage Depicts Unarmed Civilians Shot

At dawn on 26 October the militia conquered the last military positions and captured the primary base in the city, the main facility of the 6th Infantry Division, as the government forces withdrew.

Among the most horrific videos to surface and studied showed the consequences of a mass killing at a campus structure on the western side of the urban area, where dozens dead bodies were observed scattered across the area.

An older person dressed in a traditional garment remained isolated amid the bodies. The man looked to gaze as a fighter equipped with a firearm moved along the staircase towards him. lifting his rifle, the fighter released a one round at the man, who collapsed to the floor motionless.

"How come is this individual even alive," another combatant exclaimed. "Execute this person."

Orbital photography recorded on late October appeared to confirm that killings were also carried out on the roads of the city, based on a report issued by the university analysis team.

An observer who spoke said they had observed "multiple of our kin getting killed - they were gathered in a specific area and each one killed."

Militia Leaders Try to Carry Out Public Relations

During the period that came after the massacre, RSF leader conceded that his forces had carried out "violations" and announced the incidents would be examined.

Among those detained was following a investigation recording his killings. Meticulously orchestrated and edited footage published on the RSF's official Telegram platform reveal the individual being escorted into a detention area at a prison on the edges of el-Fasher.

Simultaneously, the RSF and associated online channels began attempting to alter the account.

Posts showing its militiamen distributing supplies to inhabitants were circulated by several users, while the force's communications team released multiple clips allegedly to show the proper handling of military detainees.

Despite the online campaign being employed by the militia, their actions in al-Fashir have generated worldwide condemnation.
